Have you ever wanted to learn how to use a computer, or an MP3 player or digital camera, or go on to the internet, or have an email account, or learn about blogs and Facebook, or buy a computer? Then these classes at both Peoria Libraries are for you. These classes are open to all adult members of the public.

If you are having a hard time with computer basics, Microsoft Word, internet, downloading books, using databases, using our catalog etc., please speak to a reference librarian about scheduling an individual appointment. Subject to availability, these half-hour blocks will allow you the chance to get one-on-one help with the topic of your choice. When scheduling an appointment, please let the librarian know what your question is and what result you're aiming for. This will help us prepare for our appointment with you. Computers 102
This class is for the intermediate computer user. This class will cover the desktop, control panel, saving and printing documents, files, recycle bin and troubleshooting your computer. Registration required as space is limited. Please call 623-773-8650.

Learn how to send, reply, and forward emails. Also learn how to attach files to emails and to use your contact list. Please bring your email login and password to class. EBooks for Kindle and other EBook Readers
In this class we will learn basics in finding and downloading audiobooks, music, movies, and ebooks from the Greater Phoenix Digital Library on to a Kindle or other ebook readers, mp3 player, smartphone, etc. This class gives you the basics on how to utilize this service by showing you how to find and check out books, then get them on to your mobile device. Please bring your library card, pin #, reading device, and login information for Amazon or Apple depending on the type of device you are using. Registration required as space is limited.
